Below are the most frequently asked questions from exhibitors at Expo Plásticos 2026.

What does the cost of my booth include?

For booths equal to or less than 20m2, it includes:
*2.5-meter partitions.
*Carpet (must be requested).
*Canopy and sign with the company name and booth number.

The maximum height for assembly and decoration is 4.50 meters.
If hanging decorations are used, the upper height must not exceed 4.50 meters.

One 110V electrical outlet (location may vary).
*Must be requested in your Exhibitor Manual before the deadline.

For booths equal to or greater than 36 m2, the following is included:

Exhibition space, 2 110V electrical outlets. These spaces do NOT include walls.

The maximum height for assembly and decoration is 5.50 meters.
If you have a hanging or double-decker booth, the upper height must not exceed 5.50 meters.

Note: Double-deck stands must have a structural responsibility letter issued by a DRO.

In both cases, all other services such as electricity, telephone, furniture, cleaning, etc., can be requested from the corresponding suppliers, included in your online exhibitor manual.

In addition, you will receive:

Staff at your disposal to assist you with any needs that may arise during your participation in the Expo.

24-hour security at the entrances and inside the exhibition hall, ensuring compliance with the health guidelines required by the authorities.

An electronic invitation with your company logo to invite your customers.

A set number of exhibitor badges.

Your company description in the Exhibitor Directory, which will reinforce your participation as a valuable reference even after the exhibition.

Preferential rates at hotels for your accommodation during the Expo.

How many badges am I entitled to and how can I request them?

How many badges am I entitled to and how can I request them?

Each exhibitor is entitled to 6 badges for the first 9m² and 3 additional badges for each additional 9m², with a limit of 21 badges.

When requesting badges, you must include not only sales staff but also hostesses, demonstrators, interpreters, etc., and you must do so using the Badge Request Form found in the Online Exhibitor Manual.

IMPORTANT: Badges will only be issued personalized, and under no circumstances will they be issued with only the company name. NO changes or replacements will be made at no cost.

How or when can I obtain my badges?

These will be handed out at the Exhibitor Service Desk located in the registration area outside the exhibition hall, specifically in the Expo Guadalajara Lobby. Badges will be handed out on Monday, March 23, Tuesday, March 24, Wednesday, March 25, and Thursday, March 26, 2026, starting at 11:00 a.m.

¿If I require additional badges, where and how can I request them, and how much do they cost?

Additional badges requested before the deadline cost $200.00 MXN each (VAT included) and must be requested through your Online Exhibitor Manual.

After the deadline, additional badges will cost $250.00 MXN each (VAT included) and must be requested directly at the Exhibitor Service Desk located in the registration area outside the exhibition hall, specifically in the Expo Guadalajara Lobby.

What are the Expo's opening hours?

Expo opening hours:

Tuesday, March 24, 2026: 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. – Opening ceremony at 10:30 a.m.

Wednesday, March 25, 2026: 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Thursday, March 26, 2026: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the exhibition hall.

Admission for students will be limited to Thursday, March 26, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What are the dates and times for setup and dismantling?

Setup times will be assigned according to your location and the machinery to be exhibited, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

SETUP – Exhibitors with areas of 27m2 and smaller have the following schedule:

ONLY: Monday, March 23, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

*Overtime will not be permitted.

**PLEASE TAKE THESE TIMES INTO ACCOUNT WHEN REQUESTING YOUR STAND DESIGN, AS THERE WILL BE NO EARLY TIMES**

Setup will be completed at 8:00 p.m. on Monday, March 23.

Stand installation must be completed by 6:00 p.m. on Monday, March 23, with all boxes and packaging materials removed from the aisles by that time. The organizing committee will not allow any setup during Expo hours.

How can I access the Online Exhibitor Manual?

Once you have booked your stand, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the Online Exhibitor Manual. If you do not have your access code, please request it from:

What happens if I haven't filled out the forms before the deadline?

The system will automatically block the expired form, and you will only be able to make your request by contacting the service provider directly or during the event setup days. The service in question will be subject to the supplier's delivery times and availability, with an additional charge.

Who can provide me with a transfer/shipping service for materials or equipment for my stand from another country?

Please DO NOT send any materials to the event by courier (Federal Express, DHL, or UPS). The exhibitor or company representative must receive your materials.
